Gas and battery nailers for concrete
The Concrete & steel range covers direct fastening of rails, hangers and insulation to concrete, and fastening to steel. For rails and hangers, five machines: the gas-powered BlazeVenom 100G MaxFire (100 J, 15 to 40 mm, 40- or 42-nail magazine), and on a 20 V battery the Venom 100C MaxDrive (100 J, up to 50 mm, 33-nail magazine), the Venom 90C Compact (90 J, 16 to 27 mm), the Fang 80C ST-Pro (80 J, 18 to 38 mm) and the SteelFang 100CS (100 J, up to 50 mm), which fastens to steel and concrete with a single machine.
For insulation boards, two long-reach machines complete the range: BlazeFang 100G (up to 200 mm) and ThermoFang 120C (30 to 250 mm).
Direct-fastening nails
Concrete nails for gas and battery nailers have a Ø 6.3 mm head and a smooth shank. Two finishes: electro-galvanised, V6 families (16 to 40 mm, eight lengths), and mechanically galvanised, VX6 families (15 to 32 mm), both class 2. The black sulphated VN6 (15 to 32 mm) is class 1, with improved corrosion resistance.
Each galvanised family comes in two points, Ballistic (V6-B, VX6-B) and Pinch (V6-P, VX6-P), in the same lengths. The choice between the two points depends on the substrate; if in doubt, state the substrate and the machine in the quotation request.

Metal hangers and cable trunking
Two references cover specific cases. The VD6, a 25 mm CROCO removable nail, is intended for metal hangers. The VG6 trunking nail with pre-fitted plastic skirt comes in 20 and 25 mm.
Reinforced concrete, steel: the powder-actuated alternative
For reinforced concrete, high-density concrete and steel, the catalogue offers powder-actuated nailers: direct fastening with a propellant load, .22, .25 and .27 calibres, single-shot tools, semi-automatic strip tools and special versions. The smooth powder-actuated nails VP (.300" head, 25 to 76 mm) and VP8 (8 mm head, 27 to 72 mm) are the base families, completed by knurled, stainless, washered and clip versions and threaded studs on nail.
